I don't know what this place is doing but they're not doing it right. My wife and I showed up and they were busy but they had four seats open at the bar they had two more seats open at the table next to the bar and an empty table that still had to be bused. One of the servers that was working there stood with her back to the counter watching the people cook and not doing anything to allow other customers to sit down.
