I eat here all the time I usually sit in on the weekends for breakfast, but today this older woman about 70yrs old on the register was very rude she asked was I ordering turned around for 5 mins as I stood there to talk to employees and do everything but take my order so I left and order online. I didn't want to spend my money there for rude cx service but I'm at work and have my client this the only in distance place to eat at. Stopped by after the game last night around 11:00pm. 2 other groups of 3 to 4 people seated. It was at least 20 minutes before we were waited on. Another 15 to 20 minutes before half of the order was delivered to the table. My order was delivered one piece at a time over a 10 minute time frame. The two young men that was trying to cover this restaurant was lost. Worst experience that I have ever had at a Waffle House.

The lady literally refused to serve me bc she was out of the paper that u wrote the orders on. She told me to go to Delhi. Place is a joke. First and last time I will come here.

Literally was charged an extra 20% for take out when the order was wrong and I had to ask for an extra bag and practically pack it up myself. I happily pay tips everywhere. Anywhere from 15-20% but when I feel like I’m being forced I definitely don’t. Why is 10% for the waiter and the other 10% for the store itself?? I’d rather the waiter get all of it if that’s the case.
