Talked with Robert who was cooking our food today and David and Kayla . Robert was excellent entertained my kids while cooking a packed Sunday morning rush food guy was awesome . I’ve managed a multi million dollar construction business and Robert has management potential if he isn’t already ! He commanded the room in a respectful constructive way and kept everything moving ! I would hire him in a New York minute !
Still waiting for my refund that Kaylah processed on 30 Aug 2026 and told me to take a picture of the receipt since one couldn’t be given to me.
I give 1star due to the customer service from the one waitress on 8/29 (this was not the first time but a different server) , my husband went to this location to order a to-go order, the woman there said they don’t take in house to-go orders and he had to order online… okay that’s fine. After we order my husband asked if he was able to order one more thing and the lady literally said, mind you I’m on the phone during the transaction, she says “i can’t do allow you to do that because it will take away from my customers”….. uh... read more
