I always stop at waffle House when I travel I have good meals a good prices
Clean location. Wait staff friendly. Food as expected!
I have never seen bacon that was no thicker than a playing card and maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch wide. I mean at that point it was like why bother having bacon. The funny thing is the place is next to a county renowned for its bacon. The waitress gave us our food and then went in the back and we had no creamer or jelly. We had to ask another waitress for assistance. I guess if you pay your staff like you dole out the bacon, you’ll have that.
I ordered an All Star with a chocolate chip waffle to-go. I was told it was ready and I walked to the counter to grab my bag just as the cook said,” wait he had bacon”. So they added bacon alright. Added it on top of my chocolate chip waffle!. I didn’t notice because at the time I was looking at my phone. The only flavor the bacon had ended up being the chocolate anyway.
