Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waitress wouldn’t get off her phone the entire time. Never came to take our order. We had to get her attention to even take my order because she had earbuds in her ears and was distracted watching something on her phone. Never checked on me once. Got my food and the bread on my sandwich was burnt. I will never go back. Horrible.
It’s Waffle House. You know it’s gonna hit the spot! Service at this location is great!
