My husband was having a rough day, so we decided to invite our friends out to go to Waffle House ( our usual food place) as soon as we arrived we walked in behind a big group of people. So to start off, my friend was having a bad day. some extremely rude waitress completely forgot to take my order. Took all 3 of my friends orders and walked away without speaking to me at all. We called her back over there and she rudely took my order. Brought the checks immediately after bringing our food, so we couldn’t order anything else. Tried to steal $10 from our friends. They paid with a $100 bill and she shorted them $10. Extremely rude and disrespectful experience. Will definitely not visit the Eastgate location again until this waitress is properly trained.
Quiet, calm setting, of course I came in quite early. My first experience with a waffle house. Definitely recommend, the food was great!
