I sat down with my family at a table that had not been cleared (because one of the employees told us to sit there). 5 minutes later, another employee came up and berated us for sitting down at a table that hadn’t been cleared. Was pretty appalled about the way she spoke to us in front of kids… even if kids weren’t there, pretty shocking to see the level of disrespect. For management, this was at 9:30am on 10/4.
The staff here is phenomenal!!! I've ate at a bunch of WHs and I can honestly say I've had the best All-American I've ever had at a WH hands down by far!!! I love going to this one!!!
I want to highlight a staff member that works in the kitchen, broadie! The place was packed you could tell the workers were stressed and he was doing all he could to pick up the load for his teammates. He kept a smile on his face and was working hard to get through the rush. He just really stood out to us and we want him to know his hard work and dedication was noticed.
