I got hash browns (smoother well), very good! Service was very good! Had it cook quickly, came out just the way I wanted it. I didn't get a waffle but they smelled heavenly. I'll have to go back for one. All the staff was very polite and professional! Arlene was a great server. I recommend this restaurant.

Wife and went to this facility around 5:45am. Only (2) servers and (1) cook. Not busy time of morning, about 3 booths of customers. We sat at booth, finally a server came over. The server did not address her name, just drink order and food order. We placed order, and what seemed to be the most important customers were the to Togo orders. What I mean by this, another customer came in a placed a Togo order about 10 minutes after we had placed our order, and the Togo order was delivered before ours. There was a roach and staff wouldn't kill it. Roaches happen, I get it, but when two tables are complaining about it and staff just ignores it??? A customer ended up killing it himself. I then complained about it as I was in line to pay and the employee ringing us up looked at me and then avoided eye contact. Did not acknowledge a single thing I said about the roach. Like, come on, just kill the thing instead of ignoring it when it's walking towards a table

Been to a few waffle houses. This location is my favorite by far! Staff were all amazing, our server, Jennifer, was a sweetheart and gave outstanding service. The food was hitting. The whole place was a great vibe. Will be back as the new regular for sure!
