Good food. Good customer service
The food quality is at an all time low. MY kid complained about the fully cooked waffles, they felt like the were swelling up on her mouth. The price is climbing but the quality is the pits. I always spend at least 30 and above. The quality is not worth half of that amount. I am over it 🤨
Only issue was can't call in an order over the phone anymore. And it wouldnt let me order on their site for pick up or delivery. When I went the next day and ordered in person I let them know. The people that work there are always so nice, accomdating and understanding. I love this waffle house and told them about the issue mainly because I know they were missing out on money with their site not allowing orders to be made
