We stopped by Waffle House during the early morning hours, and Chef Al made our experience outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude even during the late-night/early-morning shift. He was happy to make exactly what we wanted, and everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s not easy to find service this good in the early hours of the morning, but Chef Al definitely went above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent food and hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered online and when I showed up, they were closed. They had someone sitting outside letting people know. I asked how to get my money back and they had NO CLUE. I then had to submit multiple reports online for a refund until someone finally called me back. The manager/owner called me and promised a refund next day. Guess who had to end up calling them back and demanding a refund again, three days later? Me. This establishment is garbage and does not take care of its customers.
