I’m new to town and my friend took me out for my first breakfast. Emily was our waitress. She was great however there was hair in my friend’s food. Not one person working in the store/kitchen has on a hair net. Once we informed Emily about the hair, Emily called over her manager. The manager said, “Do I have to come over there?” Once she finally came over nothing was resolved. She didn’t coach her team to put on hairnets, she didn’t even have one on herself. Food was good, service was good and out of Waffle House's, this one was clean, bright and adequately staffed! Take out fees are ridiculous!!!
I’m absolutely amazed by how incredible this place is! I wish I remembered my waitress’s name because she was so kind, respectful, and attentive. The service was quick, and the food came out fresh and hot. The scrambled eggs were an easy 9/10, the pancakes a perfect 10/10, and the sausage another 10/10—absolutely delicious!
