I have been to this location twice. I've ordered wheat toast both times and received white. The food both times was either undercooked (hashbrowns), or overcooked (waffles and eggs). I had to ask for my waffle several times, and when it finally came it was hard. I asked for it to be recooked and packed Togo since I finished my meal before it came. Everything was going good until the waitress brought me my receipt before she brought me my food.
We came in late night and the server completely ignored us and took everyone order but ours. Very unprofessional and rude
Don't get to eat here alot, being from Michigan. Always freindly, food is good, waffles and bacon w/ juice.
To employees there upon taking an order please do not carry on conversations with other customers especially to the elderly when they are standing right in front of you have that much respect to take their order then carry on your irrelevant conversations otherwise you are right where you need to be sad to say but we will not be returning
