Waitress is very attentive, efficient and friendly.
I did a online order this morning, I went in and asked them 2x if everything was in the bag- I don’t work there and it’s not my job after paying and tipping to check for them. and I guess I made mistake of giving a $6 TIP. They did not put my daughter waffle in the bag- this is just pure laziness on their part and you can’t even get through the to the store or get your money back refunded to you for missing food with online order. I am not happy!
The service was awesome; however, some of the food wasn't. Most of the food was some what warm, yet the waffles were very tasty! The bacon tasted salty (whereas the competitors aren't as salty) & the grits had very hard pieces in them that I couldn't even chew up. When I showed the pieces to our server, she was very apologetic & she adjusted our tickets.
