The servers greeted me like family. The food was great. The service was the best.
They aren’t even open 24/7 like they used to be, you order from a window after certain hours… this isn’t the real Waffle House anymore. Fix it!!!
Put our name on the list (party of 5 - number 6 on the list) and waited over 45 minutes while smaller groups of 2 and 3 were allowed to fill the seating bar. The person behind the bar asked for 5 to sit at the bar, thinking they would go off of the waiting list (we were number 4 at this point) we waited, but nope! Two groups of 2 and 3 that had just parked their car walked in and sat right down. Just go sit at the bar, don’t wait for a table.
Service was good food was good price was good same old Waffle House stuff. The excessive slamming of plates was rather annoying it looked like somebody was trying to prove a point that they have to do the dishes when somebody else was supposed to.
