This was hands down the best Waffle House experience of my life the Saturday morning breakfast was perfect - crispy bacon of my dreams! And our server Logan was so wonderful she basically made my whole day! She anticipated every need before we even asked and was exceptionally kind and welcoming - she should teach classes on customer experience! Kudos to the Waffle House team for this A ++ experience!
Dine in. Sat at bar. Was told it would be cleared shortly. My food started coming in intervals so I cleaned it myself. Of the 2 servers in that area, Bre and Shy, Shy was only slightly better than Bre. But that’s not saying much. Were they busy? Yes, busy looking busy. My order was wrong and when I said something, I was looked at like I cooked it wrong. The line cook gets 5 for doing the most work and consistently putting out hot, yummy food even if the servers put the orders in wrong. Great job dude!!
Dirty, the staff was so disrespectful. Also my order wasn't correct. Way to much money for this. Do better. Without customers no workers.
