Food is always fantastic, staff are friendly and efficient. Best waffle house in town by far
Bad service.
Went to this waffle house around 7 on a Sunday evening. They had a few customers in there at the time. The food was okay but the one waitress wasn't able to pay attention to all of us like she should. But honestly that didn't change when we were the last active table. Probably would be best to get to go orders from here. Also, Their lobby is closed from 11:30pm to 6am!
My server was amazing but the manager was rude. Some of them don’t know the term team work. The soda machine needs to be taken apart at night clean and sanitized because they had to take my drink back twice because of black stuff floating. Now if it’s floating in my drink imagine what up that cap. Yes I have work in the food industry and if you want eat or drink nothing that looks dirty what make you think as the customer wants the same. It will just make sense
