Visiting from Florida and this have been the worse service I have had since I have been here. Server Shaniyah was not the greatest at all. Our table was very polite to Shaniyah and all we received back was an IDGAC attitude. Shaniyah was ready to over bill our ticket by $12 and when asked to recalculate the bill she got an even more attitude. No hospitality The food was great just better service would have been great!!
Very friendly staff! We had a whole good time in there! Definitely my favorite waffle house in Wake County!!!
Service was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, there were no drink refills. The manager was out on the floor complaining about a situation he was dealing with. There were ants crawling all over the booth in the back. The waffle arrived well before all the other food and was very under done and doughy. The grill op had on gloves but didn't wash hands before putting them on and also had his phone out in hand while on the grill without changing or washing hands between.
