Horrible Customer Service!! The Two ladies in there were very rude didn’t seem like they wanted to work that night ended up going to different location not good Waffle House not good👎🏽
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I was refused service the two white ladies behind the counter were very rude and did not feel like making any more orders at the time, asked them how long is the wait they told me to go to the waffle house down the street. I thought waffle house was 24/7 did not know they can pick and choose when they want to work.
Man. Service here is horrible. They don’t greet you when you come in. Nothing. It’s just rudeness.
This is my second time ordering pick up from this location and I arrive 10mins late intentionally, but they were just starting my order. Pickup was scheduled for 10:18am and was prepared until arrival at 10:28. Finally received at 10:35am. Ridiculous.
