I come here all the time and every time I come up here I order online soon as I pull up and walk in every employee u have is just sitting round not doing nun now I have to wait because my order is never ready one of the employees going to say to be honest sir I forgot but y’all all sitting down not doing nun and they so rude if y’all don’t fix it I will contact corporate and we can figure it out then
Came in and waited for a table with my 2 daughters. Never greeted, they had a dirty table open up and offered it to another family that came in after ours. Than another. They looked at us each time and just ignored us. I'm certain they knew they were passing us up. I will never take my family to this chain again, which is a shame because my kids actually liked waffle house
Went to this Waffle House today, and left pleased as always. The customer service is always great and I never have a problem with my food. The employees work well as a team, and although it was packed this morning, we still got our food without having to wait too long. Just wanted to say thank you and keep up the great work.
