We just experienced the BEST Waffle House EVER!! Felicity was on point with every request we made, no matter how big or small…and her smile and personality made the experience literally joyful! Our food came quickly and was perfect. The entire staff are so welcoming and kind. Thank you Waffle House, for putting old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE back on the map! For sure the nicest staff I’ve ever met in ANY restaurant! I have only eaten at a Waffle House one other time and this experience made me want to come back to this one again and again! Food was hot, delicious and delivered in record speed. Felicity, our waitress, was the most charming and attentive server; truly a gem! And I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman with a beard who sat us was so friendly and helpful…what a delight!
