We came in around midnight and our server Katelyn was awesome! The food was also perfect as well great service all around!

Was there around 8 this morning and there was one server that was just in a mood a really bad mood (mads) I think is what her name tag said anyway the rest of the people were frustrated but understandable due to how busy they were but that one girl was terrible! We arrived and got seated. 4 families. 3 tables. Waited and waited and waited...watch multiple people that came in after us being waited on by servers. We waited 35 minutes and no one came to take even a drink order. My daughter in law went to the register to bring this to an employees attention and was literally ignored. We got up and left. Missed out on a large order and good tip. I will think twice before going to the Cullman Waffle House.
