Tuesday, June 15th, 5 am… Prompt, friendly service as usual. Ordered the Texas bacon chicken melt plate. Chicken was cooked nicely. Bacon was raw. Not just “not crispy”, it was WAY undercooked. Hashbrowns were almost burned. Not quite, but dark brown and super crunchy all the way through. I was the only guy in there and the only order on the grill at that point. I’m guessing inexperience was the culprit. I didn’t complain, just left the raw bacon on the plate, paid, tipped 30%, and left.
It's Waffle House. Never expect 5 stars. Waitress was great though
