Very rude and terrible attitude toward people inquiring about their food took 15 mins for online order to print out the app said foods was done but got to the restaurant and they hadn’t even started I didn’t know that wasn’t and asked if my order was just sitting cold because they seated me told me I was gonna have to wait with no explanation. I think that those that are burnt out from restaurant work need to just change profession instead of eventually a restaurant closing because of terrible service.
I rate it a half a start fr Ive been waiting for 40 minutes to even get asked if I want a drink or what I want to eat while my friend already has a drink and food she keeps coming over here asking if everything is alright I go to say something and she walks away she has helped Everyone else but me. I believe her name is Tiffany she working night shift and I guess is new but keeps lookinh at me and walking away.
There’s people in the restaurant and they are shut down. They locked the doors. Waffle house is never supposed to do this
