Adding 20% to takeout is outrageous, but even worse was the staff cursing and acting a fool inside the store. Customers should never feel disrespected while being overcharged. Between the forced gratuity and the unprofessional staff behavior, this place has lost my business.
Cleanest Waffle House I've ever seen. Staff were bubbly and enjoying themselves, which is nice to see. Staff was also friendly! Food was good, too. I'm used to ordering bacon and it coming to me floppy and chewy. These guys know how to crisp up bacon without burning it. 10/10.
As always, I rate diners as separate from high end restaurants. Waffle Houses are a unique experience and I've been to good ones and ones that were bleh. This location doing it right. Good coffee, good Waffle House food and pleasant service. Everything a Waffle House should be.
Every time I go here the staff are amazing and the food is great!
