Great customer service
10 out of 10 recommend however, my daughter is waffle was a bit undercooked as well as my hash browns. They did get my order wrong but corrected it immediately. Extremely friendly staff and that's rare to come by at a Waffle House. Music was terribly loud and having to repeat the order back to the server is probably why they got it wrong in the first place. I would definitely go back though based on the staff alone.
The most awful Waffle House I've ever been in!! 12 people waiting to be seated. 3 dirty tables. Almost 20 minutes later they finally started cleaning them to seat people. 4 employees were just standing around doing nothing. One girl ran into the back crying after just standing at the cash register doing nothing. Manager saw tables needed cleaned, he ignored it too. Floors were covered in trash.
