The best cook I have found is on the morning shift he payed attention and when others were yelling for him to do waffles and eggs and bacon "Mr. Ty" stayed calm and kept smiling I was very impressed definitely what you want someone who is handling your food 10/10 stop in have the Philly omelet I think is what it was.
