Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Waffle House on Premier Circle in Charlottesville, VA! We came in right after a nearby festival ended, so the restaurant was packed — but the team handled the rush like total professionals. Despite the high volume, our food came out shockingly fast, hot, and cooked perfectly. Mariah has a nasty attitude and will purposely skip your order on the line. I waited 7 mins after receiving my has browns for her to bring my side of gravy. Then she gave us half our food, we mentioned that the bacon was missing. She grabbed another plate of bacon and walked to another table with it (who ordered after us). Then proceeded to "calculate" the total of the tabs which was her flipping back and forth through them for nearly 10 mins.
