The best waffle house I’ve ever been to, and it is in Crossville, TN. The food isn’t really greasy and has great service. The same servers for years, with one having been there 16 years.
Don’t have problem with food or service cause that is great. People are great! The problem with Waffle House is there is not a phone in any location whatsoever so I’m giving 5 stars on people food an atmosphere But one star for the fact there is not human connection when ordering an can’t change anything Whoever is in charge of taking phones out of Waffle House u are not good business people BUSINESSES HAVE PHONES WHERE U CAN CONTACT THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE
