Well they began charging on top of the high menu prices for anything that is To Go so if your.lokking to stop in order and leave it's an extra 10% on top of your regular bill. It isn't very cool I wouldn't want to pay more just to go with my food. Honestly I can do with out waffle house in my life no cap.
Placed a to go order only to get home to find the order incorrect. Unfortunately, I don't live around the corner so attempted to call the store to advise of the situation. Low and behold they don't accept calls. It forces you to their app to place online order. Did it ever cross anyone's mind people call for more than placing orders??? Just horrible... Shame on me for not checking order before leaving. Shame on Waffle House for not having a way to resolve issues.
Their prices are way too high for the quality of the food. Waffle House ain't what it used to be.
Everything was great from the food right on down to the waitress.
Sarah our server was amazing, great food, good prices, old diner feel/ atmosphere and big Rig parking in the attached mall parking lot.
