The cook with the thick glasses needs to get his lenses checked because nothing grinds my gears more than egg shells in eggs not once but 3 different bites couldnt even finish my food. Then the waitress took forever with the waffle I said something to her twice about it once when I ordered and once 5 minutes after my food came. The food had its highs and lows. I ordered a pecan waffle with scrambled eggs and cheese, but the eggs came out at least 15 minutes before the waffle, which threw off the experience. The waitress also seemed more attentive to other customers than those in the bar area. That said, once the pecan waffle arrived, it was absolutely delicious. However, the overall atmosphere—especially cleanliness when dealing with food—left something to be desired. I would not recommend this waffle house location. When we first got there, there was a wait to get a booth, which was fine. When we did finally get to sit down, the waitress had a horrible attitude. Not only that, the food had to be sent back 3 times because it was burnt. The waitress seemed very annoyed that we had to keep sending the food back. The table next to us was sending food back too so it wasn't just us. Will not be returning.
Probably one of the best waffle houses I’ve been to. Only been a couple of times but the wait was never long and the food was always good.
