When you work for a business or an establishment employees should know their policies on whether or not you offer senior or military discounts especially when you received one at this location before. In this case when asked, I was told "Not sure" "Don't know" and did not bother to look into what is their policy on discounts. To me those are unacceptable responses in light of the fact I received one before and at this location. If you don't know, maybe you ought to ask.
