0 stars!!! I placed a to-go order two hours ago, and I’m just sitting down to enjoy my food. My grits were left off my order, I immediately called to alert someone that I would pick my grits up at a later date. After 4 calls, no one answered. I drove all the way back up there and asked for a refund, because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to my office with hot grits, and the rest of my food cold. We had to sit at a dirty table ... we were not greeted. Didn't get menus. He walked up "Said you know what you want"? Floor filthy. They was busy eating behind the bar. We cleaned our place off. Even another man next to us didn't get his place wiped off. I seen the worker look at it and walk off. Customer then requested it to be cleaned. Do better on customer service.. and cleanliness. Food was good!!
