Terrible experience at this place waited on food so long it was terrible. First the food i ordered came out burnt, then it was remade wrong, then recooked again which I received a basically raw steak that fell on the floor then my order was recooked again half correct this time and half still wrong then the male manager I think his named was Brice refused to do any type of bill adjustment for the ordeal as a courtesy and he was very rude to all of us. I came to this location at like one in the morning. When I walked in, it wasn't busy, but I saw they had a few online orders. I placed an order to go with Mike, and he called my order out in a timely manner. It took awhile for the food to get cooked; however, I didn't mind at all. Miguel seemed frustrated with the rush and only having him and one other person (from what I could tell). This DIDN'T affect his attitude towards me or his coworker. Only 5 customers in the restaurant sat for twenty minutes with every table in the restaurant filthy waiting for somebody on staff to do anything to clean up even acknowledge that I had came in as a new customer. In the twenty minutes I was there not a single person on staff spoke to me I witnessed one of the servers yell at an older female server for trying to clean a table telling her she didn't need to be touching none of that and then proceeded to cuss and drop multiple f bombs in front of my for year old Beyond unaccepta... read more
