A great breakfast at a bargain price!
The food was good but all these fees are ridiculous. Service charge, to go fee, and a tip adding up to $10.00 on top of my food price. And why am I being charged a tip I did not dine in and I already was charged a to go fee. You guys are really out of line for this I won’t be back.
Let me start by saying I’ve been a loyal Waffle House fan for decades. That’s why it pains me to ask—why is Waffle House overcharging customers on to-go orders? The price for Cheese & Eggs is listed at $8.25, which already feels steep for two small eggs, a slice of American cheese, two slices of raisin toast, and reconstituted hash browns—ingredients that probably cost around a dollar total.
