I ordered for at 1:06p via the website. The website said that the order would be ready at 1:28p. When my daughter arrived to pick the food up at 1:21p, the food (well everything else the waffle) was on the counter. My daughter assumed that was or order but didn't realize it until the waffle was placed in the bag (at this time my daughter had been waiting 20 minutes). I ordered to go and asked for 2 specific meals and only got 1 but the food was good. I went back to tell them they missed one of my orders and they said I would have to pay for another.
