From the time we sat down it was a mess! When we sat out server told us she would be right with us but that took another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile the manager and other servers were doing nothing and wouldn’t help her. Once we finally ordered, my daughters food came out first and she was half way done with it by the time my food came out with ice cold gravy that the server tried to tell me was just made but yet she asked me to check the temperature of the gravy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the only Waffle House I go to! The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Angie was wonderful—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. And a special shout-out to Mel, the manager. She is absolutely amazing! She has been here since 2018, and it really shows how much she cares about her team and the customers.
