First time returning after a bad experience. It was a great experience. Staff was great and seemed to work together well. They acknowledged us immediately as we walked in, and quickly cleaned a table for us. Food was cooked quickly and was excellent and our waitress was attentive and friendly. I chocked as the food went down the wrong pipe and one of the waitresses heard and quickly brought me a glass of water without asking. I’ve been ordering egg sandwiches for my daughter for almost 2 months now and today it was so nasty they cooked it with cheese and then added 2 pieces of cheese it had more cheese than egg. She got so sick and couldn’t eat it. Whoever cooked it today terrible job. All 3 sandwiches nasty $20.00 down the drain and my daughter got so sick.Most of the time it’s really good but,today it was awful and we didn’t get to eat.
Best Waffle House in east TN
The ladies working the shift while my mom and I enjoyed breakfast before continuing our road trip, were so sweet and fun. While we were there, there was a dissatisfied customer and the girls handled the rudeness with kindness. Our breakfast was I loved that they have a jukebox too, so I could be the DJ while we ate.
