July 7, 2026. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’m traveling from Massachusetts visiting Miami. I went for breakfast at around 9 o’clock in the morning. The employees are very unprofessional and rude. I had to seat myself. No one acknowledge me. No one said a server will be with you shortly. The worker was just standing around. I ended up leaving. This is the cleanest Waffle House that I’ve ever been to. The staff get along with each other, clean bathrooms. You can smell the bleach before you go in. All of the staff were very friendly. And the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed the food and will go back often.
