It's waffle house you can't go wrong.
Only morning order, ask for extra syrup- oh I put 2 in there. Insisted. Got an extra anyway. Came home, only syrup in there was the one extra. Guy was mad, like he planned it. Always check the bag
WH is always awesome
The food was actually really good, so no complaints there. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by Reshonda! customer service. From the moment I interacted with her, she kept giving me stank faces, spoke with a rude tone of voice, and had a horrendous attitude throughout the interaction. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. Customer service can make or break an experience, and she definitely made mine worse. I hope the manager do speak to her about that
I was disappointed with my experience at Waffle House. The food itself was good, but the service I received from a waiter Reshonda was unacceptable. Her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, and it really affected my overall experience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I hope management addresses this because good food deserves good service.
