Absolutely terrible service group of about 7, 8 walked in and stood for a few minutes waiting for tables to get cleaned and one table got cleaned and some of us sit down and one lady goes get their drinks and my mom said the rest of us would like a place to sit and next thing yk the server goes yall can leave and started screaming at us
The new assistant manager in Helena gave me the best service I've had at any Waffle House ever in my 30+ years. He deserves all the praise.
Great waffle house!
Waffle House in Helena is the absolute best one in the area. It is ALWAYS clean, even when busy! The employees are personable and kind. The temperature is consistent with the outside weather, which means if its cold outside, it's warm inside. I will never go back to Pelham! This is the spot!
