Ever since we went to a Waffle House when we had vacation, we're hunting down local Waffle Houses. It's the Mel's Diner of today. This family restaurant has daily customers and travelers stopping by. You feel so at home and I think a big part of that is the staff seems to love their job. They're welcoming you into their home. Stop by and try the Grits Bowl or the BLT. When you head out, don't forget to leave a nice tip. They won't tell you to,"Kiss my grits!"
This is a great place to go to get great priced food items and that real diner feel. The waitress was super nice.
