I am writing to address a deeply disappointing experience with the night shift staff at your Waffle House location on September 11, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM. ​After working a 12-hour shift, I stopped by the restaurant. This is no longer a Waffle House, it's another fast food place that you order at a walk up window and eat on the go. What a disgrace.

Order was completely wrong. Cook don't listen to caller. Every meat item is cooked on the same griddle, therefore causing cross contamination. Let's add to the cross contamination by adding the everything is cooked on the same griddle. Bacon, sausage, patties, patty melt, chicken, biscuits etc. So if someone like me who doesn't eat pork ask for turkey sausage and biscuits, I will be getting pork as well due to cross contamination!
