I do not recommend this place at all. They ask you how you want your food cooked, but then they bring whatever they want. I ordered my eggs medium, and they came fully cooked. I sent them back and ordered another set, and they came out the same way again. My husband likes his hash browns well-done and crispy. He specifically asked for them that way, but they came out regular. When he asked again, they brought them back soaked in oil. The service is unfair and disappointing. Great Waffle House Location, it’s a little snug in there and the employees always seem like they’re understaffed, but they handle it so well and keep it rolling. Food is always great and wait times are never too bad especially considering their circumstances. Nicole is the best!!! Always stays level headed through the chaos, managing things she shouldn’t have to and prioritizing the customers above all. So sweet and personable, the best customer service even when things aren’t going their way! She deserves a raise 😎
