I’ll be honest—diner-style comfort food isn't usually my first choice these days, but my wife really had her heart set on a visit to Waffle House, so we headed in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they’ve added some healthier options to the menu, which made it much easier for me to find something I actually enjoyed.
