Crystal and Nicki were so awesome today. Got my food in a timely manner! Nicki was quick and professional with my order. Thank you ladies for a great experience today. This was by far the best experience I had at any Waffle House!

We had an extremely disappointing experience on Sunday, June 8, 2025, around 6 p.m. at this Waffle House. The server on duty appeared to be under the influence—she seemed disoriented, had difficulty keeping her eyes open, and acted agitated when we asked basic questions about the menu. She was visibly unhappy to serve us, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
