The absolute best breakfast I have ever eaten at any Waffle House! I had asked for cheese on my eggs and they had magically cooked it into the eggs so every bite was absolutely perfect. Most Waffle Houses are good and the eggs are solid but these were made with love. The manager on duty was taking the time and care to show one of the young men on the line how to cook everything with perfection. Our waitress was kind and always had a smile. My Texas Bacon Patty Melt was awesome, as usual, although it took extra long. Tammy said the patty was frozen so it was taking longer than usual. The hash browns were supposed to be smothered- they forgot so they just threw some onions on the grill for a minute and tossed them on top, after my plate had already been made. My waffle wasn't even cooked all the way - literally doughy. I love the Waffle House, but this time was extremely disappointing.
