The level of incompetence is staggering. Every time we get food to go, they screw up the order. They don't know the difference between eggs sunny side up vs. over easy. They don't know how to cook bacon crispy. They burned our hash browns and put cheese on both orders instead of just the one ordered. We asked for strawberry jam, and only got grape. Our food was cold, because they didn't have waffle batter made, and our cooked food sat while they had to make the batter and then cook the waffle. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will... read more
