I love a good waffle house to eat my feelings and bask in the grease... but I walked in this building and it was so clean I had to ask if it was new (I don't trust a new waffle house) but ITS NOT NEW, ITS JUST CLEAN! What is this sorcery!? The staff? Top notch. Love their friendly banter with each other and they are super welcoming and attentive. I've bookmarked this waffle house to return to again next time I'm in the local area.
App, and phone service is 100% completely unprofessional, irritable, and impersonable. There is absolutely no way to call, and actually talk to a human being to ask about a menu item locally. Ie if items are available, prices, etc. Everything, is completely robotic/automated where no one can be reached, or can be asked a question before being able to order anything ie online for delivery or pickup!
