Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Waffle House experiences I’ve had. The overall service was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. The manager was openly berating employees in front of customers, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, most of the staff seemed completely nonchalant about helping anyone. Nice and quiet at 5:30-6:30 pm on a Saturday.
Clean and very helpful in explaining things to my autistic 41yr old grandson. We had the best food. I had a waffle and he had the cheesy chicken melt, he loved it!
Ordered online, ready for pickup when I arrived, was greeted as I entered, quick service, and yummy food.
