The staff does a great job preparing and presenting the food. Nothing special here the ingredients are basic.
This is my 2nd time here and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Was skeptical because I’ve heard there was a Waffle House that was a bit racist but it definitely isn’t this one! The ladies, especially today 7/26 @ 440pm were nice!
Waffle house is waffle house, you pretty much know what to expect everytime. That being said, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was fair. My go to breakfast franchise.
Placed an order within 5mins of walking in. Sat for 36mins waiting for them to bring the wrong items. Explained what was wrong. They brought it back again trying to cover it with gravy. Still wrong. Terrible service! They had no motivation to do anything. All the waitresses stood around talking and laughing with the cooks instead of paying attention. Manager is terrible as well, no instruction or guidance for any staff members.
