Great experience food was amazing me and my kids had an awesome experience very refreshing compared to experiences we have had at other Waffle House locations in the past!!
Shut this place down just based on the service went in and it was nothing but complaints and wrong orders. Went here 4/12/25 again and service was just as bad and tables were no clean
If I could give 0 I would solely based on my experience tonight. I placed an order online for pick up. I ordered a cheesesteak (with onions) bowl chunked and capped, a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl smothered and a bowl of grits. No where on the page did it have a comment section or give an option to have items cooked “well”. I tried to call to ask if this was an accommodation I could request, but customers cannot call the store… a recording only tells you to order online 🤦♀️. The service was super bad. The person who served me almost spit on me when he asked for my order. After he asked for my order, they started talking and I never saw my food. This place really sucks.
