I came in to dine today and had the worst experience I have EVER had at a Waffle House. Our waitress provided bare minimum and rude service, Of course, I don't expect much from a Waffle house - however, she was very rude and short while we were ordering and it took 10 minutes to even get water and we were also given no refills the entire service. Waitress was super rude and demanded a tip after yelling at us. Won’t be coming back
The waitress who is attending today, July 16, forces clients to leave a tip when she provided a bad service. If provided a good service, the tip would be given voluntarily and gladly.
The food is great, the service is HORRIBLE! The waitresses are so rude. It’s very ironic that the rudest of them all walks around with a service award hat and pin smh.
